Ongoing Maintenance Within the Community -
Please continue to send your requests via the Maintenance requests sections of the website www.viningsrun.com. As an owner you are responsible for
all pipes whether inside or outside your unit as well as the dryer vents. Should you be in a building with a Fire Sprinkler System the Annual Inspection typically occurs in December. 2021 Inspection process targeted during December 1-15th. Completed between 8:0AM-12PM over a 2-3day period. Each unit only 5 minutes long. This project is very important.
2022 Monthly HOA Fee Increase to $295.00 to Account for Community Wide Paving Project ( $500,000 Cost ) , Increased Plumbing Repairs, Deck Reconstruction ( $40,000+ Allocated in 2021 ) and the Future Building Paint Project ( Every Ten Years ) likely to start in 2025, ( $336,000 Cost ).
2022 Annual Assessment of $200.00 per owner continues for purpose of Loan Repayment for Paving Project. Begin paying May 1st - Due by September 15th. Initial Outline was provided at August 2021 Community Event.....Follow your Emails for Future Updates on the Large Projects.
Annual Meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, February 1st 2022 -- Budget & Annual Meeting Invite Mailed in December.
