Community Bulletin Board - please feel free to post something on the board. Leave your poster in the HOA box at the mail center. It is checked every few days. Or use the comments/suggestions section or ask questions on this Vinings Run website under Questions/Comments. This procedure was put in place to insure that only residents post on the bulletin board and that the area is kept neat and clean looking.
Ongoing Maintenance Within the Community -
Please continue to send your requests via the Maintenance requests sections of the website www.viningsrun.com. If you have email access, which all but roughly 35 people in the community have, we would appreciate that you use the www.viningsrun.com maintenance area for non emergency items. We are also going to attempt to provide periodic updates on the progress of various ongoing larger projects. If you are funneling the information via the website this helps the Board with balancing the budget on the short term & long term projects. Understandably some of you will not be happy with the short term fixes that will be completed on occasion until a larger project on your building will begin at a future date. Over the next year we are going to start on the Building Painting Project & the Structural Repairs & Replacement of the front walkways in the original phase of the community. It is quite possible based on the needs of the community either your Monthly Assessment will increase in 2013 or a Special Assessment will be a part of the picture to meet the goals articulated by many in the community. More information was distributed at the 2013 Annual Meeting and through emails and postings we will keep you up to date.
